On the occasion of World No Tobacco Day on 31 May 2025, a public awareness rally, painting and essay competition and short play were organized at PM Shri Government Higher Secondary School, Bapunagar under the joint aegis of Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides and Bal VA Mahila Chetna Samiti.

  

The girl students of Scout-Guide staged an impressive short play based on de-addiction. Organization President Tara Ahluwalia said, “Tobacco is a slow poison, to save us from it, we will have to make continuous efforts at the grassroots level, the organization has made many efforts in this direction for the last five years, but now the participation of the general public is also required.” CO Scout Mr. Vinod Gharun said, “Scout-Guide develops a sense of leadership, discipline and social responsibility in children; their participation on topics like de-addiction is inspiring.” At the end of the program, Bal and Mahila Chetna Samiti President Tara Ahluwalia administered an oath to everyone not to consume tobacco.
