A workshop was organized by the Bal Va Mahila Chetna Samiti to raise awareness among school students about the health hazards of tobacco consumption. The primary objective of this workshop was to educate students on the harmful effects of tobacco use and inspire them to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
The organization’s active members, Bhavna and Parmesh, contributed to the workshop by engaging the students through various activities and informative discussions. They provided detailed insights into the dangerous impacts of tobacco consumption on health.
Tara Ahluwalia, the president of the organization, delivered an impactful speech, explaining how tobacco consumption affects both physical and mental health. She elaborated on the severe health risks, such as lung and heart diseases, as well as cancer, caused by tobacco use. Her motivational address effectively raised awareness among the students.
A Q&A session was held, where students asked questions related to tobacco consumption. Tara Ahluwalia and other members of the organization responded to these queries, clearing doubts and encouraging a healthy, tobacco-free lifestyle.
